You have been the worst management company that has been connected with Valley House in my 31 years that I have been an owner. Your service was disgraceful, at times no service at all. We learned a lesson in researching a management company more thoroughly.. No we do not need Verizon been through that before and declined their service, your maintenance service was the worst, had to hire our own maintenance man. We had to buy equipment to handle our electric timers when power was out at times the timers were not working for up to seven days, because you were such a lazy management company. Nasty to owners on the phone and even to new buyers when they had to constantly call you back for information.
